NOW Finance’s $1,000 Monthly Draws
01 January 2025 to 31 March 2025
Introduction
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142, as agent for NF Finco 2 Pty Ltd ACN 164 213 030 (“the Promoter”).
- The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 01 January 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 31 March 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Exclusions
- The following customers are not eligible for this promotion.
- Customers seeking refinancing of, or variations to, existing NOW Finance products, including the refinancing of existing NOW Finance Personal Loans.
- Customers who use a broker to source and assist in the settlement of a NOW Finance Personal Loan.
- Employees (and immediate family) of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion or the Promoter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- Individuals who do not meet all of the eligibility requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions.
- Individuals who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
- Customers must meet all of the following criteria in order to be eligible for the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”)
- They apply for a new NOW Finance Personal Loan, are approved, and settle the loan during the Promotional Period. A NOW Finance Personal Loan refers to either a NOW Finance Unsecured Personal Loan or a NOW Finance Secured Personal Loan (“Eligible Loan”)
- They are not excluded under these Terms and Conditions.
- Their Now Finance Personal Loan is not subject to any exclusions as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligible Entrants must also be Australian residents aged 18 years and over, and satisfy all of the Promoter’s lending and approval criteria.
- Eligible Entrants will not be excluded from this promotion solely because they are eligible for another promotion at the same time. Provided they meet all the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions, do not fall into any exclusionary clause, and comply with these Terms and Conditions, they will remain eligible for this Promotion.
Entry to the draws
- Eligible Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into a draw to win AUD$1,000 following the settlement of their Eligible Loan.
- The prize will be delivered via Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF) to the bank account used for direct debits of the Eligible Loan.
- This promotion consists of three (3) monthly draws, each with a prize of AUD$1,000 (“The Prize”).
- Eligible Entrants will be assigned to one of the three monthly draws based on the date and time their Eligible Loan is settled, as outlined in the table below.
- If two (2) or more individuals jointly settle an eligible loan, only one (1) entry will be awarded, and the Prize, if won, will be directed to Applicant One (“Primary Applicant”) as listed in the loan application.
- Eligible Entrants may only receive entries for one (1) Eligible Loan during the Promotional Period. For avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant settles more than one (1) Eligible Loan during the Promotional Period, they will not be awarded additional entries for the additional loan(s).
Additional Entries
- Eligible Entrants may earn additional entries into the draw by completing any of the actions (“Additional Entry Actions”).
- The steps and conditions to qualify for these Additional Entry Actions are outlined below.
- Eligible entrants will receive an email following settlement of their loan, specifying details of the Promotion, confirming their eligibility, and stating which draw they have been entered into. The email will also provide instructions on how to obtain additional entries.
- To receive additional entries, customers must:
- Open the link provided in the email.
- Provide their full name and email address to Crowd9 Pty Ltd (“Gleam”)
- The full name and email address provided must correspond to the details provided to the Promoter in the loan application.
- This information will grant access to the Gleam portal, through which Eligible Entrants can perform the specified actions.
- All Additional Entry Actions must be completed via the Gleam portal to qualify for the bonus entries. For avoidance of doubt, customers who complete the Additional Entry Actions outside of the Gleam portal will not receive extra entries to the draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right to review and verify any Additional Entry Action. If an Additional Entry Action cannot be reasonably verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the Promoter may revoke the additional entries associated with that action at its sole discretion.
- The Promoter will actively monitor the Gleam platform, Google, and ProductReview to track completion of the Additional Entry Actions. Additional entries will be allocated to Eligible Entrants who complete the Additional Entry Actions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Additional entries for the Additional Entry Actions will only be awarded to Eligible Entrants who meet all the eligibility requirements and comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.
- By accessing the Gleam portal and participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by Gleam’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Drawing the winners
- Three (3) prize draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s Head Office located at Level 9, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004, Victoria, Australia.
- The date and time for each draw are as follows, including the redraw dates if required.
- A random selection system will generate one (1) valid entry for each draw. The likelihood of being selected increases based on the number of entries a participant has submitted.
- Winners will be notified via their nominated phone number and email address within five (5) business days of the draw date.
- Once a winner has been notified and confirms they will accept the Prize:
- The winner should allow up to 30 days from notification to receive the Prize.
- The Promoter will contact the winner via phone and email to confirm the win.
- The Prize will be delivered as outlined in paragraph 9.
- If the winner does not receive the Prize within 30 business days from the date they were notified, they should contact NOW Finance at marketing@nowfinance.com.au.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the contact details including the email address and phone number provided to the Promoter are accurate.
- The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize to the winner. However, if the Prize cannot be successfully delivered and/or is returned, the winner forfeits the Prize. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the Prize will be resent and will not be liable for replacing it.
- Once awarded, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, misuse, or tampering of the Prize, including any circumstances where the winner has provided incorrect or inaccurate details or becomes a victim of hacking or other incidents that result in the Prize being directed to a third party. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the Promoter has accurate and up-to-date bank account details.
- The Prize, including any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable.
Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent
- By participating in this promotion, individuals authorise the Promoter to collect, hold, use, and disclose their personal information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with NOW Finance’s Privacy Policy located at https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/. This includes sharing personal information with third parties involved in the promotion.
- The Promoter and associated parties may, unless otherwise instructed, use participants’ personal information to communicate via mail or electronic means (for example, email, phone, SMS, or hyperlink) for the purposes of direct marketing, providing commercial communications, and offering financial, credit, or other products and services. Participants may opt-out of receiving marketing communications or telemarketing calls by contacting NOW Finance at 1300 275 669.
- The collection and disclosure of personal information related to this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/).
General
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify any individual’s eligibility to enter the promotion and receive the reward (including the individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual if it has reason to believe that the individual has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the Promotion, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- To disqualify any individual; or
- To modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability (including but not limited to negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
- any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference;
- any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
- any variation in the reward value stated in these Terms and Conditions;
- any tax liability incurred by a participant; or
- use of the reward.
- Without limiting any other terms herein, the participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or otherwise vary this promotion or its Terms and Conditions at any time.
