Introduction

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142, as agent for NF Finco 2 Pty Ltd ACN 164 213 030 (“the Promoter”).
2. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 01 October 2024 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 29 November 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

3. Entry to the promotion applies to all customers who apply for a new NOW Finance Personal Loan, is approved, and settled during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Entrants”). A NOW Finance Personal Loan is any unsecured loan between $5,000 – $50,000 or secured personal loan between $15,000 – $100,000.
4. To qualify, the individual must be an Australian resident aged 18 years and over and satisfy all of the Promoter’s lending and approval criteria.

Exclusions

5. The following customers are excluded from this promotion.
   • customers seeking refinancing of, or variations to, existing NOW Finance products, including the refinancing of existing NOW Finance Personal Loans. Refinancing from other finance providers is permitted.
   • customers who use a broker to source and assist in the settlement of a NOW Finance personal loan.
   • employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
   • individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
   • individuals who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Entry to the draw

6. During the Promotional Period, Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into a draw to win AUD$2,000 worth of Smart eGift Cards (“the Prize”).
7. Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw upon settlement of their new NOW Finance Personal Loan.
8. If two or more individuals jointly settle an eligible loan, only one (1) entry will be awarded, and the Prize, if won, will be directed to Applicant One as listed in the loan application.
9. Eligible Entrants may earn additional entries into the draw by completing any of the actions (Additional Entry Actions) as listed in the following table:

10. The steps and conditions to qualify for these additional entries are outlined below.
11. Eligible entrants will receive an email following settlement of their loan detailing the promotion and instructions on how to obtain additional entries.
12. To receive additional entries, customers must:
    • Open the link provided in the email.
    • Provide their full name and the email address to Crowd9 Pty Ltd (“Gleam”)
    • The full name and email address provided must corresponds to the details provided to the Promoter in the loan application.
    • This information will grant access to the Gleam portal, through which customers can perform the specified actions.
    • All actions outlined in paragraph 10 of these terms and conditions must be completed via the Gleam portal to qualify for the bonus entries.
13. By accessing the Gleam portal and participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by Gleam’s terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to manually review and verify any Google, ProductReview and TrustPilot reviews submitted as part of this promotion. If the Promoter cannot verify that a legitimate review has been provided, it reserves the right to revoke the additional entries associated with that action, at its sole discretion.
15. WeMoney Exclusive Offer: 9 additional entries to our $2K Giveaway
    If Eligible Entrants apply and settle any NOW Finance Personal Loan via WeMoney’s app or website within the Promotional Period, they will automatically receive an additional 9 entries to the draw.
16. The Promoter will actively monitor the Gleam platform, Google, ProductReview, TrustPilot and application channels (including WeMoney) to track completion of the Additional Entry Actions. Additional entries will be allocated to customers who complete the Additional Entry Actions.
17. Eligible entrants will only receive additional entries for the Additional Entry Actions if they are otherwise eligible for this promotion and meet all requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions.
18. Customers may complete Additional Entry Actions listed in paragraph 10 to earn additional entries. For example, an Eligible Entrant who follows the Promoter on Instagram, leaves a Google review, and applies and settles their loan through WeMoney will receive the following:
    • 1 entry for settling their eligible loan
    • 1 entry for following the Promoter on Instagram
    • 5 entries for leaving the Promoter a Google review
    • 9 entries for applying and settling via WeMoney
    • For a total of 16 entries

Prize Draws

19. A draw will be conducted on Tuesday 10 December 2024 at 10:00am AEDT at the Promoter’s Head Office located at: Level 9, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004, Victoria, Australia. 
20. A system generator will randomly select one (1) valid entry, with the likelihood of selection increasing based on the number of entries submitted by each participant.
21. The winner of the draw will be notified via their nominated phone number and email address within five (5) Business Days of 10 December 2024.
22. Once the winner has been notified and confirms they will accept the Prize, they:
    • Should allow up to 30 days after being notified to receive the Prize.
    • The Promoter will provide instructions via telephone and email on how to redeem the Prize.
    • The gift card will be delivered directly to the winner’s Prezzee account. If the winner does not have a Prezzee account, they will be given the opportunity to create one before the prize is awarded.
    • If the winner does not receive the Prize within 30 business days from the date they were notified, they should contact NOW Finance at marketing@nowfinance.com.au.
23. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the contact details (email address and phone number) provided to the Promoter are accurate. The Promoter is not liable for replacing the Prize if incorrect details are provided.
24. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize to the email address and/or mobile number provided by the winner. If the Prize is returned to the Promoter due to unsuccessful delivery, the Promoter cannot guarantee that it will be resent.
25. If the Promoter is unable to contact the Prize winner within 60 days of the draw, a redraw will be conducted on Monday 3 February 2025 at 10:00am AEDT at the Promoter’s Head Office located at Level 9, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004, Victoria, Australia. 
26. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or tampering of the gift cards.
27. The prize, including any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.

Prezzee Smart eGift Card

28. The Prize must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of Prezzee (https://www.prezzee.com.au/store/prezzee-gift-card/) and must be used before the expiry date which is 3 years from date of activation.
29. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to comply with all conditions of use associated with the Prize and Prezzees’ terms and conditions.

Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent

30. By participating in this promotion, individuals authorise the Promoter to collect, hold, use, and disclose their personal information as outlined in these terms and in accordance with NOW Finance’s Privacy Policy, located at https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/. This includes sharing personal information with third parties involved in the promotion.
31. The Promoter and associated parties may, unless otherwise instructed, use participants’ personal information to communicate via mail or electronic means (for example, email, phone, SMS, or hyperlink) for the purposes of direct marketing , providing commercial communications, and offering financial, credit, or other products and services. Participants may opt-out of receiving marketing communications or telemarketing calls by contacting NOW Finance at 1300 275 669.
32. The collection and disclosure of personal information related to this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy statement (https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/) which adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent

33. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify any individual’s eligibility to enter the promotion and receive the reward (including the individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual if it has reason to believe that the individual has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
34. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
    • to disqualify any individual; or
    • to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
35. The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and disclaims all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    • any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference;
    • any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    • any variation in the reward value stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    • any tax liability incurred by a participant; or
    • use of the reward.
36. Without limiting any other terms herein, the participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
37. NOW Finance reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or otherwise vary this promotion or its Terms and Conditions at any time.
