Terms and Conditions
ClearScore Exclusive Offer (1 – 30 June 2023)
Information on how to qualify to receive a gift card for a Village Cinemas Gold Class/HOYTS Lux Movie experience for 2 people (“the Gift”) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142 (“the Promoter”).
- The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 June 2023 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 30 June 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
- Entry to the promotion applies to all ClearScore customers who take out a new NOW Finance personal loan of $15,000 or more, that is lodged and settled during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Loan”).
- This offer is open to new loan applications only and excludes variations to an existing NOW Finance personal loan product including the refinancing of an existing NOW Finance personal loan.
- The individual must apply for a new NOW Finance personal loan via the ClearScore website or app.
- The individual must be an Australian resident aged 18 years and over who is eligible to settle a personal loan with the Promoter.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- To claim the Gift, eligible individuals will receive an email asking them to select their preferred cinema – being either Village Cinemas or HOYTS – (the “Claim Form”) shortly after settling an Eligible Loan within the Promotional Period.
- Limit on entries:
- Only Gift will be awarded per eligible loan settled.
- If two or more people settle the same eligible loan, the gift card will be directed to Applicant One in the loan application.
- Once they have undertaken the above steps, the customer:
- the customer will receive the reward of the Gift for their preferred cinema.
- the gift card will be emailed to the customer by Village Cinemas or HOYTS (depending on the preference selected in the Claim Form, to the email address provided in the Claim Form.
- the customer should allow up to 30 days after completing the Claim Form to receive their gift card.
- if the customer/s does not claim the Gift within 30 days of receiving the Claim Form email, they will forfeit the Gift.
- If the customer/s does not receive the gift card within 30 days from the date of settlement, they should contact NOW Finance at marketing@nowfinance.com.au.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address supplied and entered is correct. NOW Finance is not liable to replace the gift card if the email address is incorrect.
- Rewards, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.
