Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142 (“the Promoter”). 
2. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Tuesday 31 October 2023 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on Sunday 12 November 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years and over who have a settled NOW Finance personal loan with the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
5. To enter the promotion to win the $500 Smart eGift Card, individuals must during the Promotional Period submit an image or video with a response via the form linked in your email.
6. This is a game of skill, where chance plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Judging will take place on Monday 13 November 2023 by a panel of judges. The judges’ decision is final and binding on the entrant and is not subject to appeal, review, or redetermination.
8. Only one gift card will be awarded at the discretion of the judging panel.
9. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure the email address they supplied is correct. NOW Finance is not liable to replace the gift card if the email address is incorrect.
10. Rewards, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.

12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
    • to disqualify any individual; or
    • to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
13. By participating in this promotion, the entrant consents to having their name, image/video and response published for any marketing purpose, including but not limited to the NOW Finance website and social media channels, whether or not they are a prize winner.
14. NOW Finance (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under NOW Finance’s control);
    • any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    • any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by NOW Finance) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of NOW Finance;
    • any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    • any tax liability incurred by a Referrer; or
    • use of the reward.
15. Without limiting any other terms herein, the individual agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
16. This promotion is only open to direct recipients of the email inviting a response to the promotional question.
17. NOW Finance reserves the right to, at any time, withdraw or extend the Customer Story Promotion or otherwise vary these terms and conditions.
