Information on how to qualify to receive a $400 Westfield Gift Card form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

1. The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142 (“the Promoter”). 
2. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 April 2022 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 30 June 2022 (“Promotional Period”). Entry to the promotion applies to all Finder customers who take out an unsecured personal loan of $30,000 or more, lodged and settled between 1 April 2022 and 30 June 2022.
3. The individual must apply for a new NOW Finance unsecured personal loan via finder.com.au or the Finder app. The individual must be an Australian resident aged 18 years and over who is eligible to settle a personal loan with the Promoter. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
4. To claim the gift card, individuals must during the Promotional Period apply for, and settle an eligible NOW Finance personal loan via finder.com.au or the Finder app.
5. An eligible loan is defined as an unsecured personal loan of $30,000 or more. This offer is open to new loan applications only and excludes variations to existing loans of an existing NOW Finance personal loan product including the refinancing of an existing NOW Finance personal loan.
6. Limit on entries:
   1. Only one gift card will be awarded per eligible loan settled.
   2. If two or more people settle the same eligible loan, the gift card will be directed to Applicant One in the loan application.
7. Once they have undertaken the above steps, the customer:
   1. will receive the reward of the gift card.
   2. the gift card will be emailed by NOW Finance to the email address noted by ‘Applicant One’ in the loan application.
   3. they should allow up to 30 days after settlement to receive their gift card.
   4. If the customer/s does not receive the gift card within 30 business days from the date of settlement, they should contact NOW Finance at marketing@nowfinance.com.au.
8. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address supplied and entered is correct. NOW Finance is not liable to replace the gift card if the email address is incorrect.
9. Rewards, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.

11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity to receive reward and individual’s (including the individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
    1. to disqualify any individual; or
    2. to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
13. the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    4. any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    5. any tax liability incurred by a Referrer; or
    6. use of the reward.
14. By participating in this promotion, the individual authorises the Promoter to collect, hold, use and disclose their personal information in the ways indicated herein and in NOW Finance’s privacy policy, including providing such information to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. The details provided are true and correct and participating in this promotion is conditional on providing this information. NOW Finance or its third party business associates may, unless the individual tells us not to, use the information to communicate with them by mail or electronically by, for example, email, phone, SMS, hyperlink to provide them with direct marketing and commercial communications, offers to issue or sell financial, credit and other products, financial services and credit guides and other disclosure documents. The individual should direct any request to opt out of receiving marketing material, not receive telemarketing calls, access and update or correct their personal information to NOW Finance by calling 1300 275 669. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy statement (https://nowfinance.com.au/privacy/privacy-credit-reporting-policy) which adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
15. Without limiting any other terms herein, the individual agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
