Introduction

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  

1. This two week loan repayment cashback (“Cashback Offer”) is provided by Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142 (“NOW Finance”).   The cashback amount will be the equivalent of two weeks of loan repayments on any eligible loan taken out during the Promotional Period.
2. The Cashback Offer commences at 12:00pm AEDT on 28 March 2023 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 10 June 2023 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

3. The Cashback Offer applies to selected new customers who take out any NOW Finance personal loan, that is lodged and settled during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Customer”). 
4. The Eligible Customers must be an Australian resident aged 18 years and over who is eligible to settle a personal loan with NOW Finance.  
5. This offer is open to new loan applications only and excludes variations to existing NOW Finance personal loan products including the refinancing of an existing NOW Finance personal loan. Refinancing from another company is fine.  
6. An eligible loan is defined as a NOW Finance secured or unsecured personal loan of $25,000 or more, used for any loan purpose (“eligible loan”).  
7. Once an Eligible Customer has held and paid all loan repayments in accordance with the terms of an eligible loan for 30 days after settlement of the eligible loan, the Eligible Customer will be reimbursed the equivalent of two weeks of loan repayments as a cashback. 
8. Any payment made in accordance with this Cashback Offer will not be made in “cash” (i.e. notes and/or coins) or by cheque.  If you are eligible for the Cashback Offer, the cashback will be credited into the direct debit account provided to NOW Finance when settling the eligible loan. The payment will be credited 30 days after the settlement date for the eligible loan.
9. If you are a joint applicant, you and your joint applicant will only receive one Cashback Offer in respect of your eligible loan.  
10. Any eligible loans paid out or closed before the cashback is made will no longer be eligible for the cashback. 
11. An Eligible Customer is eligible for the Cashback Offer only once during the Promotional Period. Once a loan application that is eligible for a Cashback Offer is received, no further loans which include that Eligible Customers, jointly or individually, will be eligible for the Cashback Offer. 

General

12. Eligible loans that qualify for the Cashback Offer are ineligible for any other NOW Finance cashback offer. 
13. An Eligible Customer’s loan application received during the Promotional Period will be subject to NOW Finance’s normal credit assessment and approval processes. 
14. NOW Finance reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity to receive reward and individual’s (including the individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who NOW Finance has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at NOW Finance’s discretion. Failure by NOW Finance to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. NOW Finance’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of NOW Finance, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, NOW Finance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: 
    1. to disqualify any individual; or 
    2. to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.  
16. NOW Finance (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: 
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under NOW Finance’s control); 
    2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; 
    3. any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by NOW Finance) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of NOW Finance; 
    4. any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; 
    5. any tax liability incurred by a Referrer; or 
    6. use of the reward. 
17. Without limiting any other terms herein, the individual agrees to indemnify NOW Finance for any breach of the above terms. 
18. Participation in the Cashback Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms. 
19. NOW Finance reserves the right to, at any time, withdraw or extend the Cashback Offer or otherwise vary these terms and conditions.
