Introduction

Information on how to qualify to receive a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142, as agent for NF Finco 2 Pty Ltd ACN 164 213 030 (“the Promoter”).
  2. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 27 June 2024 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 30 August 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is only available to individuals and joint borrowers who apply for a new NOW Finance personal loan through the ClearScore app or website; are approved; settle during the Promotional Period, and complete all required steps to obtain their gift card within the prescribed timeframe(s) set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Eligible Customers”). All applications for finance are subject to NOW Finance’s lending and approval criteria.
  2. All applicants must be Australian residents aged 18 years and over at the time of application.
  3. Limits on the gift card:
    • Only one (1) gift card will be offered per eligible loan settled.
    • If two or more applicants settle the same eligible loan, the gift card will only be offered to Applicant One in the loan application.

Exclusions

  1. The following individuals are excluded from this promotion.
    • Customers who apply for a variation to an existing NOW Finance or Pepper Money personal loan product, including refinancing of existing NOW Finance or Pepper Money personal loans. Eligible borrowers who refinance from other lenders are still eligible for this promotion.
    • Customers who apply for a loan directly with the Promoter, through a broker, or through means other than the ClearScore app or website.
    • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
    • Customers who apply for a personal loan outside of these terms and conditions, and customers who fail to comply with all of these terms and conditions.
    • Customers who receive an email to claim their gift card, but fail to complete the required steps to claim it within 14 days of that email.

Prezzee Smart eGift Card

  1. Eligible customers will receive one Prezzee Smart eGift Card valued at one hundred dollars.
  2. Gift cards, including any unused portions, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.
  3. Gift cards must be used in accordance with Prezzee’s terms and conditions and within their expiry date.

How to claim

  1. Eligible Customers will receive an email within 4 days of settlement, prompting them to claim their gift card.
  2. Upon receiving this email, Eligible Customers must follow the instructions provided within 14 days to claim their gift card.
  3. The gift card will then be issued to Eligible Customers by Prezzee, on behalf of the Promoter. If the eligible loan is a loan with two or more borrowers, only one gift card will be sent to the email address provided by ‘Applicant One’ at the time of the loan application.
  4. Customers can expect to receive the gift card within 5 business days after claiming it, however in some cases, the gift card may take up to 30 calendar days to be sent to the customer.
  5. In the event that an Eligible Customer claims the gift card but does not receive it, they should contact the Promoter at marketing@nowfinance.com.au.
  6. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied and entered is accurate. The Promoter will not be liable for replacing the gift card if the email address is incorrect.
  7. Customers are responsible for complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold issuance of the gift card in the event that customers have not complied with these Terms and Conditions.

General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any Eligible Customer to receive the gift card in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  2. The Promoter has full discretion, but is not obliged to, offer a gift card to any customer who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  3. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
    • to disqualify any individual; or
    • to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  4. The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    • any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    • any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    • any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Customer; or
    • use of the gift card.

Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent

  1. By participating in this promotion, the individual authorises the Promoter to collect, hold, use and disclose their personal information as indicated in these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with the NOW Finance Privacy Policy, including providing such information to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. By participating in this promotion, customers are providing this information and consenting to use of their personal information in this manner.
  2. NOW Finance may, unless the individual tells us not to, use their personal information to communicate with them by mail or electronically by, for example, email, phone, SMS, hyperlink to provide them with direct marketing and commercial communications, offers to issue or sell financial, credit and other products, financial services and credit guides and other disclosure documents. Individual can request to opt out of receiving marketing material, not receive telemarketing calls, access and update or correct their personal information with NOW Finance by calling 1300 275 669.
  3. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy statement (https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/) which adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
