NOW Finance “Weekly Wins” Giveaway
Introduction
1. Participation in this promotion (the “Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612, Australian Credit Licence No. 425142 (“Promoter”).
Promotional Period
3. The Promotion begins at 12:00 am AEDT on 5 January 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 1 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility
4. Entry is open to individuals who:
(a) are aged 18 years or older;
(b) are Australian residents; and
(c) meet the Promoter’s credit and lending criteria for a NOW Finance Personal Loan or Car Loan at the time of application.
5. The following persons are not eligible to enter: Employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter, businesses including subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies, contractors of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with the Promoter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild, whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.
6. Loan applications that are cancelled, withdrawn, declined or do not settle are not eligible.
How to enter
7. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must apply for and settle a NOW Finance Personal Loan or Car Loan. “Settled” means the loan funds have been disbursed and the contract is active.
8. Loan applications must be submitted during the Promotional Period. Loans may settle after the Promotional Period, provided they settle within 7 days of the loan application date.
9. Each Eligible Entrant may receive one (1) automatic entry for each loan settlement that occurs within the relevant weekly draw period.
10. If a loan has two applicants and settles, it will receive one (1) entry only. Any prize will be awarded to the primary applicant listed on the loan application. Entries are based on each settled loan, not each applicant.
Prize & Number of Winners
11. There will be eight (8) weekly draws plus a final week (making nine (9) drawing events).
12. For each of the first eight weekly draws, one winner will be chosen and awarded AUD $500 (“Weekly Prize”).
13. In the final week there will be a bonus draw for an additional AUD $1,000 (“Bonus Prize”).
14. Entrants may be eligible in each weekly draw; however, an individual can only win once across the weekly draws.
15. For the final week’s bonus draw, all Eligible Entrants who settled during the Promotional Period are eligible, even if they have already won a weekly prize.
16. Total prize pool value is AUD $5000.
Draw Method and Dates
17. The draws will be conducted using a random, computer-based method at the Promoter’s office at 9/380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004. Draws will take place weekly on Mondays at 10am AEDT starting on Monday 12 January 2026 at 10am AEDT, the final bonus draw will take place on Friday, 13 March 2026 at 10am AEDT.
18. The Promoter’s decision on the outcome of the draw is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Notification & Payment
19. Winners will be notified in writing via email to the email address provided in their loan application within 7 business days.
20. The prize amount will be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the same bank account that the winner uses for their NOW Finance loan repayments (unless otherwise agreed).
21. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the Prize. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful and the prize is returned or cannot be completed, the winner forfeits the p Once the prize has been transferred to the winner’s bank account, and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for incorrect details supplied by the winner, loss due to fraud, hacking or third-party interference, or any further loss, theft or misuse of the funds.
Unclaimed Prizes
22. If a prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months, a redraw will be conducted on Monday, 15 June 2026 at 10am AEST at the promoter’s office at 9/380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 7 business days and published in accordance with clause 24.
Publicity, Personal Information & Privacy and marketing consent
23. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information in accordance with NOW Finance’s Privacy Policy.
24. If required by law or for promotional purposes, the Promoter may publish winners’ names, suburbs or postcodes, and loan settlement dates on its website for 30 days.
25. Entrants may choose to receive marketing communications. Marketing communications may be declined at any time by contacting the Promoter at 1300 275 669 or marketing@nowfinance.com.au.
General Conditions
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant (including identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who it reasonably believes has breached these Terms & Conditions, acted fraudulently, or interfered with the conduct of the Promotion.
27. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion (or any draw) if, for any reason, it cannot run as reasonably anticipated (e.g., due to technical failure, fraud, or unauthorised intervention).
28. Winners may be required to sign a prize acceptance and/or indemnity form (or other documentation) as a condition of receiving their prize.
Liability
29. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by a participant in connection with the Promotion or a prize (including direct or indirect, special, or consequential loss).
30. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights a person may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
31. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Interpretation
32. In these Terms & Conditions:
(a) Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
(b) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa;
(c) “person” includes a corporation and vice versa; and
(d) A reference to a clause includes all subclauses of that clause.

Important Information
All applications for finance are subject to NOW Finance’s lending and approval criteria. No fees apply only to new NOW Finance Secured Personal Loans and new NOW Finance Unsecured Personal Loans. An establishment fee of up to $595 applies to NOW Finance Car Loans. If you do not comply with the terms of your loan, we may pass on to you any third-party enforcement or recovery costs incurred by us.
