NOW Finance “Wins for Your Wheels” Giveaway

Introduction 

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
2. The Promoter is Now Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612, Australian Credit Licence No. 425142 (“the Promoter”). 
3. The Promotion begins at 12:00 am AEST on 4 May 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

Eligibility 

4. Entry into this promotion is open to individuals who: 
    (a) are aged 18 years or older; and 
    (b) are Australian residents; and 
    (c) are not otherwise excluded under these Terms and Conditions 

Exclusions 

5. The following persons are not eligible to enter: Employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter, businesses including subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies, contractors of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with the Promoter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin. 
6. Loan applications that are cancelled, withdrawn, declined or do not settle are not eligible. 

How to Enter 

7. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must apply for and settle a NOW Finance Vehicle Loan or NOW Finance Personal Loan with a loan purpose of Campervan Loan, Motorcycle Loan, Car Loan, Personal Watercraft/Jetski Loan, Motorhome Loan, Boat Loan, or Caravan Loan.  
8. “Settled” means the loan funds have been disbursed and the contract is active. 
9. Loan applications must be submitted during the Promotional Period. 
10. Each Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) automatic entry for each loan settlement that occurs during the Promotional Period. 
11. If a loan has two applicants, the loan will receive one (1) entry only, and any prize will be awarded to the primary applicant listed on the loan application. 
12. Entrants remain eligible for each monthly draw, provided their loan has been settled before the relevant draw date, their loan is up to date, and it is not in arrears.   

Prize & Number of Winners 

13. There will be three (3) prize draws during the Promotion. 
14. In each draw, one (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Visa Activ eGift Card (“Prize”). 
15. The total prize pool value is AUD $3,000. 
16. An entrant may only win one (1) prize during the Promotion. 

Draw Method and Dates 

17. The draws will be conducted using a random, computer-based selection process at the Promoter’s office at 9/380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004. 
18. The draw schedule is as follows: 

• First Draw: Monday 15 June 2026 at 10:00 am AEST 
• Second Draw: Monday 13 July 2026 at 10:00 am AEST 
• Final Draw: Monday 17 August 2026 at 10:00 am AEST 

19. The Promoter’s decision regarding the outcome of the draws is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Prize Notification & Delivery 

20. Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided in their loan application within 7 business days of the draw. 
21. All winners must confirm their email address to the Promoter within 7 days for their prize to be awarded. If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete contact details, or is otherwise not successfully delivered, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a redraw may be conducted. 
22. Prizes will be delivered to winners via digital delivery of a Visa Activ eGift Card via NOW Finance’s gift card provider Prezzee. 
23. If the winner does not receive the Prize within 30 business days from the date they were notified, they should contact NOW Finance at marketing@nowfinance.com.au. 
24. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the Prize. However, if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details supplied by the entrant, the prize may be forfeited. 
25. Once the eGift Card has been issued, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorised use of the card, to the extent permitted by law. 

Unclaimed Prize Draw  

24. If a prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months, a redraw will be conducted on Monday 30 November 2026 at 10:00 am AEDT at the Promoter’s office. 
25. The redraw winner will be notified within 7 business days via email. 

Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent  

26. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information in accordance with NOW Finance’s Privacy Policy. 
27. If required by law or for promotional purposes, the Promoter may publish winners’ names, suburbs or postcodes, and loan settlement dates on its website for 30 days. 
28. Entrants may choose to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time by contacting the Promoter on 1300 275 669 or marketing@nowfinance.com.au. 

General Conditions 

29. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify any individual’s eligibility to enter the promotion (including the individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual if it has reason to believe that the individual has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the Promotion, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 
30. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: 
31. To disqualify any individual; or 
32. To modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 
33. The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability (including but not limited to negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: 
34. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); 
35. any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference; 
36. any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; 
37. any variation in the reward value stated in these Terms and Conditions; 
38. any tax liability incurred by a participant; or 
39. use of the reward. 
40. Without limiting any other terms herein, the participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms. 
41. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or otherwise vary this promotion or its Terms and Conditions at any time.
