Promotional Period: The Promotion begins 10:00am AEST Monday, 4 May 2026, to 11:59pm AEST Friday, 31 May 2026.
Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of NOW Finance and their immediate families are ineligible. One entry per person per weekly draw.
Entry mechanic: To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period: (1) follow the @nowfinance account on Instagram; and (2) comment on the giveaway social post on Instagram, or a cross-promotional post on TikTok with their best car buying tip. For the avoidance of doubt, participants who comment via a TikTok post must also follow the @nowfinance account on Instagram to be eligible.
Prize: 2 x $200 Visa Activ eGift Cards awarded each week of the Promotion Period, for a total of 8 prizes and a total prize pool of $1,600. Gift cards are issued by NOW Finance’s Gift Card Provider Prezzee. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Draw schedule: Weekly draws will take place on Mondays during the Promotion Period. Dates: 11 May, 18 May, 25 May, 1 June 2026. The final draw relates to entries received up to 11:59pm AEST 31 May 2026.
Game of skill: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining winners. Each entry will be judged on the following criteria:
(1) informational value of the tip submitted, and
(2) creativity of the response.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 5 business days of each draw. If a winner does not confirm their prize within 10 business days, that entry will be forfeited and a new winner selected. Winners may be required to provide a valid email address to allow for prize issuance. To be eligible to receive a prize, winners must be following the @nowfinance account on Instagram at the time of the draw, regardless of the platform through which their entry was submitted.
Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/. By entering, participants consent to their username and entry comment being shared on NOW Finance’s Instagram account if selected as a winner.
General: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant (including identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who it reasonably believes has breached these Terms & Conditions, acted fraudulently, or interfered with the conduct of the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion (or any draw) if, for any reason, it cannot run as reasonably anticipated (e.g., due to technical failure, fraud, or unauthorised intervention).
Winners may be required to sign a prize acceptance and/or indemnity form (or other documentation) as a condition of receiving their prize.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by a participant in connection with the Promotion or a prize (including direct or indirect, special, or consequential loss).
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights a person may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions:
(a) Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
(b) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa;
(c) “person” includes a corporation and vice versa; and
(d) A reference to a clause includes all subclauses of that clause.
