LendUs provides the mortgage broking, loan comparison and Cashback journey.
NOW Finance manages the NOW Perks Cashback Offer. These terms and conditions apply to the NOW Perks Cashback Offer only.

NOW Finance is not a credit provider or credit representative in respect of loans arranged through LendUs, and has no involvement in the credit assessment, approval or ongoing management of any loan arranged by LendUs. If you apply for a home loan, you will deal directly with LendUs and the relevant lender.

Any loan products referred to through this offer are indicative only and are subject to the relevant lender’s credit assessment, approval criteria and lending requirements.
- Referral and commercial disclosure
NOW Finance may receive a referral fee from LendUs if you access the NOW Perks journey and settle a home loan through LendUs.
LendUs may also receive commission or other payments from the lender that provides your home loan.
Payments received by NOW Finance or LendUs do not affect the interest rate, fees or charges payable under your home loan and do not mean that any particular loan product is suitable for you or recommended by NOW Finance.
- NOW Perks Cashback Offer
In addition to any cashback offer made available by LendUs, NOW Finance may provide eligible customers with a cashback payment using a portion of the referral fee received by NOW Finance from LendUs following settlement of an eligible home loan through a NOW Finance referral (“NOW Perks Cashback”).
Indicative NOW Perks Cashback tiers by loan amount at settlement are set out below.

The amount of NOW Perks Cashback payable is determined by reference to the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
- Who can take part
Anyone may access the NOW Perks platform to compare and switch eligible home loans through LendUs.
However, the NOW Perks Cashback is only available to eligible NOW Finance customers who satisfy these terms and conditions.
To be eligible for the NOW Finance Cashback, you must:
- be a NOW Finance customer with an active NOW Finance loan at the time you start the LendUs journey;
- be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
- access the LendUs journey through an approved NOW Perks link, page, email, SMS or other approved NOW Finance channel;
- submit a home loan application through LendUs following that referral;
- settle an eligible home loan through LendUs;
- NOW Finance has received the corresponding referral fee from LendUs in respect of that settlement; and
- comply with these terms and conditions.
The NOW Perks Cashback will not be paid retrospectively. If you apply for or settle a loan through LendUs before becoming an eligible NOW Finance customer, you will not become eligible for the NOW Perks Cashback for that loan by later becoming a NOW Finance customer.
- When you will receive the NOW Perks Cashback
If you satisfy the eligibility requirements, NOW Finance will use reasonable endeavours to pay the NOW Perks Cashback within 30 days after NOW Finance receives the applicable referral fee from LendUs. Payment of NOW Perks Cashback depends on confirmation by LendUs that the relevant home loan has settled and confirmation that NOW Finance has received the applicable referral fee.
As LendUs generally receives commission from the lender after settlement, payment of NOW Perks Cashback may occur several weeks after settlement of your home loan.
Delays may occur where LendUs or the lender requires additional time to confirm settlement, eligibility or payment arrangements.
- When the NOW Perks Cashback will not be paid
You will not receive the NOW Perks Cashback if:
- you did not have an active NOW Finance loan when you commenced with LendUs journey or when your home loan settled;
- you do not access the LendUs journey through an approved NOW Perks link or channel;
- your loan does not settle, or your application is withdrawn, rejected or cancelled;
- NOW Finance has not received the corresponding referral fee from LendUs for your settlement;
- you provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- you breach these terms and conditions; or
- the NOW Perks Cashback has already been paid for the same loan or customer, unless NOW Finance confirms otherwise.
- Clawback
If LendUs claws back, sets off or requires repayment of any referral fee paid to NOW Finance in relation to a home loan for which NOW Perks Cashback has already been paid, NOW Finance may seek repayment of the corresponding NOW Perks Cashback amount from you, to the extent permitted by law.
- Missing NOW Perks Cashback claims
If you believe you are eligible for the NOW Perks Cashback but have not received it within the timeframe set out above, you should contact NOW Finance.
You may be required to provide information to assist NOW Finance in verifying your claim, including your full name, the email address and phone number used in your LendUs application, your home loan reference number or settlement date, and any confirmation correspondence from LendUs.
A claim may be declined if NOW Finance or LendUs cannot verify that you satisfied the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions.

- Provider and partner decisions
LendUs and the relevant lender are responsible for assessing, approving, rejecting or cancelling home loan applications.
NOW Finance and LendUs do not guarantee that you will be approved for, or eligible for, any particular lender, home loan product or offer accessed through the NOW Perks platform.
If LendUs or the lender rejects, cancels or does not complete your application, you will not be eligible for NOW Finance Cashback.
- Privacy
To provide this offer, NOW Finance and LendUs may collect, use and disclose personal information about you, your application and your home loan.
NOW Finance may receive information from LendUs to verify your eligibility for NOW Perks Cashback, administer cashback payments and manage any enquiries or disputes relating to this offer.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of NOW Finance and LendUs.

NOW Finance does not provide tax advice. You should seek your own advice regarding the tax treatment of any cashback payment received.
NOW Finance and LendUs may each vary, suspend or withdraw their respective parts of this offer at any time, subject to applicable laws. Any changes will apply from the date they are published or otherwise communicated, unless otherwise stated.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts hearing appeals from those courts.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
