Introduction      

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

2. The Promoter is NOW Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612 Australian Credit Licence number 425142, as agent for NF Finco 2 Pty Ltd ACN 164 213 030 (“the Promoter”).  

3. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 15 September 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 31 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”). 

Exclusions

4. The following individuals are not eligible for this promotion:

• Individuals seeking refinancing of, or variations to, existing NOW Finance products, including the refinancing of existing NOW Finance Personal Loans.  

• Individuals who submit a Now Finance Personal Loan application through any channel other than the ClearScore app or ClearScore website. 

• Employees (and immediate family) of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion or the Promoter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 

• Individuals who do not meet all of the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

• Individuals who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility

5. Individuals must meet all of the following criteria in order to be eligible for the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). 

• They must apply for either a new NOW Finance Secured Personal Loan, or a new NOW Finance Unsecured Personal Loan (“Eligible Loan”) through the ClearScore app or ClearScore website;  

• Their Eligible Loan must meet the Promoter’s lending and approval criteria. 

• Their Eligible Loan must be approved by the Promoter. 

• Their Eligible Loan must settle during the Promotional Period. 

• They must complete all steps within the prescribed timeframe(s) set out in these Terms and Conditions. 

6. All applicants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

7. Eligible Entrants will not be excluded from this promotion solely because they are eligible for another promotion at the same time. Provided they meet all the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions, do not fall into any exclusionary clause, and comply with these Terms and Conditions, they will remain eligible for this Promotion. 

The Promotion

8. Individuals who:

• Meet all eligibility requirements detailed  in the Terms and Conditions,

• Adhere to these Terms and Conditions,  ,

• Are not excluded from this Promotion, and

• Successfully settle a new eligible Now Finance Personal Loan through ClearScore during the promotional period will be entitled to an Activ Visa™ eGift Card (“Gift card”). 

9. The value of the Gift card will depend on the total amount of the Eligible Loan, as specified below.

• Individuals who settle an Eligible Loan up to $15,000 will receive a $200 Gift card. 

• Individuals who settle an Eligible Loan between $15,001 and $25,000 will receive a $300 Gift card. 

• Individuals who settle an Eligible Loan between $25,001 and $45,000 will receive a $500 Gift card. 

• Individuals who settle an Eligible Loan of $45,001 or greater will receive a $1,000 Gift card.  

10. Only one (1) Gift card will be issued per Eligible Loan settled. 

11. If two or more applicants settle the same Eligible Loan, only one (1) Gift card will be offered, and will be issued to Applicant One listed in the loan application. 

12. The Gift card, including any unused balance, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed to cash. 

13. The Gift card must be used in accordance with the Activ Visa Gift Card Terms and Conditions and before its expiry date. The Activ Visa Gift Card Terms and Conditions can be found here: Terms & Conditions – Activ Visa Cards.

14. Eligible Entrants are responsible for claiming their Gift card.. The Promoter is not liable for any unclaimed Gift card after 30 days of receiving instructions to claim. Unclaimed Gift cards will not be reissued or redeemed.

15. The promoter is not responsible for errors or delays in the claiming or the delivering  of the Gift card, including any technical issues or incorrect details provided by the individual. 

How to claim

16. We understand the importance of protecting the personal information we hold about you. We take steps to ensure your personal information is free from misuse, Eligible Entrants will receive an email within two (2) days of settlement containing instructions on how to claim their Gift card.  

17. Upon receiving this email, Eligible Entrants must follow the instructions within thirty (30) days to claim their Gift card. 

18. If an Eligible Entrant fails to claim their Gift card within 30 days of receiving the claim instructions, the Gift card will be forfeited and no replacement will be issued. The Promoter will organise the Gift card through Prezzee. Use of the Gift Card is subject to Prezzee’s terms and conditions.

19. Eligible Entrants should expect to receive their Gift card within five (5) business days of submitting a claim. However, in some cases, delivery may take up to thirty (30) calendar days. 

20. If a claimed Gift card is not received, Eligible Entrants should contact the Promoter at marketing@nowfinance.com.au. Eligible Entrant should check junk or promotions folders if it does not appear in the inbox.

21. It is the Eligible Entrants’ responsibility to ensure that the email address provided to the Promoter is accurate. The Promoter is not liable for Gift cards sent to an incorrect email.

22. Eligible Entrants are responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or withhold issuance of the Gift card if an Eligible Entrant is found to have violated or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent

24. By participating in this promotion, individuals authorise the Promoter to collect, hold, use, and disclose their personal information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with NOW Finance’s Privacy Policy located at https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/. This includes sharing personal information with third parties involved in the promotion.

25. The Promoter and associated parties may, unless otherwise instructed, use participants’ personal information to communicate via mail or electronic means (for example, email, phone, SMS, or hyperlink) for the purposes of direct marketing, providing commercial communications, and offering financial, credit, or other products and services. Participants may opt-out of receiving marketing communications or telemarketing calls by contacting NOW Finance at 1300 275 669. 

26. The collection and disclosure of personal information related to this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/). 

General

27. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify any individual’s eligibility to enter the promotion and receive the reward (including the individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual if it has reason to believe that the individual has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the Promotion, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

28. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• To disqualify any individual; or 

• To modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 

29. The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability (including but not limited to negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

• any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); 

• any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference; 

• any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; 

• any variation in the reward value stated in these Terms and Conditions; 

• any tax liability incurred by a participant; or 

• use of the reward. 

30. Without limiting any other terms herein, the participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms. 

31. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or otherwise vary this promotion or its Terms and Conditions at any time. 

32. For the purposes of this promotion, ‘settlement’ or ‘settle’ means the point at which the Eligible Loan has been formally executed, all lender conditions have been satisfied, and funds have been disbursed to the borrower, such that the loan is legally binding and operational. An Eligible Loan is not considered settled until all of these requirements are met. The Gift card will only be issued for Eligible loans that successfully settle during the Promotional Period.
