Introduction
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is NOW Finance Group Pty Ltd ACN 158 703 612, Australian Credit Licence number 425142, as agent for NF Finco 2 Pty Ltd ACN 164 213 030 (“Promoter”).
- The promotion commences at 12.00 am AEDT on 12 October 2026 and closes at 11.59 pm AEDT on 21 November 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Exclusions
- The following individuals are not eligible for this promotion:
a. Individuals who submit a NOW Finance Personal Loan or Car Loan application through any channel other than the ClearScore app or ClearScore website.
b. Employees, and their immediate family members, of the Promoter, brokers and agencies associated with this promotion or the Promoter. Immediate family means a spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild, whether natural or adopted, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
c. Individuals who do not meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
d. Individuals who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
- Individuals must meet all the following criteria to be eligible for the promotion (“Eligible Entrants”):
a. They must submit an application for either a NOW Finance Secured Personal Loan, NOW Finance Unsecured Personal Loan or NOW Finance Car Loan (“Eligible Loan”) through the ClearScore app or ClearScore website during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a NOW Finance Commercial Auto Loan is not an Eligible Loan for the purposes of this promotion.
b. Their Eligible Loan must meet the Promoter’s lending and approval criteria.
c. The Promoter must approve their Eligible Loan. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval of an Eligible Loan.
d. Their Eligible Loan must successfully settle. The Eligible Loan may settle after the Promotional Period, and no settlement deadline applies, provided the application was submitted during the Promotional Period.
e. They must complete all required steps within any prescribed timeframes set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- All applicants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Eligible Entrants will not be excluded from this promotion solely because they are eligible for another promotion at the same time. Provided they meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions, do not fall within an exclusionary clause, and comply with these Terms and Conditions, they will remain eligible for this promotion.
The Promotion
- Individuals who:
a. meet all eligibility requirements detailed in these Terms and Conditions;
b. comply with these Terms and Conditions;
c. are not excluded from this promotion; and
d. successfully settle an Eligible Loan that they applied for through ClearScore during the Promotional Period,
will be entitled to a Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card (“Gift Card”).
- The value of the Gift Card will depend on the total amount of the Eligible Loan, as specified below:
a. Individuals who settle an Eligible Loan of up to and including $25,000 will receive a $200 Gift Card.
b. Individuals who settle an Eligible Loan between $25,001 and $44,999 will receive a $500 Gift Card.
c. Individuals who settle an Eligible Loan of $45,000 or more will receive a $1,000 Gift Card.
- Only one Gift Card will be issued for each Eligible Loan settled.
- If two or more applicants settle the same Eligible Loan, only one Gift Card will be issued. The Gift Card will be issued to Applicant One listed in the loan application.
- The Gift Card, including any unused balance, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Gift Card must be used in accordance with the Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions and before its expiry date. The Prezzee Mastercard Card Terms and Conditions are available at Vault Open Loop Digital Mastercard Terms and Conditions.
- Eligible Entrants are responsible for claiming their Gift Card. The Promoter is not liable for any Gift Card that remains unclaimed 30 days after the Eligible Entrant receives instructions to claim it. Unclaimed Gift Cards will not be reissued or redeemed.
- The Promoter is not responsible for errors or delays associated with claiming or delivering the Gift Card, including technical issues or incorrect details provided by an Eligible Entrant.
How to Claim
- Eligible Entrants will receive an email within two days of settlement containing instructions on how to claim their Gift Card.
- After receiving the email, Eligible Entrants must follow the instructions and claim their Gift Card within 30 days.
- If an Eligible Entrant fails to claim their Gift Card within 30 days of receiving the claim instructions, the Gift Card will be forfeited, and no replacement will be issued. The Promoter will deliver the Gift Card via the Prezzee online store. Use of the Gift Card is subject to Prezzee’s terms and conditions.
- Eligible Entrants should expect to receive their Gift Card within five business days of submitting a claim. However, in some cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.
- If a claimed Gift Card is not received, Eligible Entrants should contact the Promoter at marketing@nowfinance.com.au. Eligible Entrants should also check their junk or promotions folders if the Gift Card does not appear in their inbox.
- Eligible Entrants are responsible for ensuring the email address provided to the Promoter is accurate. The Promoter is not liable for Gift Cards sent to an incorrect email address where the incorrect email address was provided by the Eligible Entrant.
- Eligible Entrants are responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter may cancel or withhold the issuance of a Gift Card where it reasonably believes an individual has materially breached these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent
- By participating in this promotion, individuals authorise the Promoter to collect, hold, use and disclose their personal information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with NOW Finance’s Privacy Policy, available at https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/. This includes sharing personal information with third parties involved in administering the promotion.
- The Promoter and associated parties may, unless otherwise instructed, use participants’ personal information to communicate by mail or electronic means, including email, phone, SMS or hyperlink, for direct marketing, commercial communications and offers relating to financial, credit or other products and services. Participants may opt out of marketing communications or telemarketing calls by contacting NOW Finance on 1300 275 669.
- The collection and disclosure of personal information relating to this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://nowfinance.com.au/legal-and-policies/privacy-policy/.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify an individual’s eligibility to participate in the promotion and receive a Gift Card, including their identity, age and place of residence. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify an individual if it has reason to believe the individual has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the promotion or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct intended to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves its legal right to recover damages or other compensation from an offender.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:
a. disqualify any individual; or
b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- The Promoter, including its officers, employees and agents, is not responsible for and disclaims all liability, including liability arising from negligence, for personal injury or any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of opportunity, arising in any way from:
a. technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, whether or not under the Promoter’s control;
b. theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
c. any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to a reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d. any variation in the Gift Card value stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e. any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant; or
f. use of the Gift Card.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or vary this promotion where reasonably necessary to address circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that any such change will not unfairly affect the rights of individuals who have already satisfied the eligibility requirements for the promotion.
- For this promotion, “settlement” or “settle” means the point at which the Eligible Loan has been formally executed, all lender conditions have been satisfied, and in which the funds have been issued, making the loan legally binding and operational. An Eligible Loan is not considered settled until all these requirements have been met. The Gift Card will only be issued for an Eligible Loan that was applied for through ClearScore during the Promotional Period and successfully settles. The settlement may occur at any time after the Promotional Period.
