Update your details with NOW Finance as soon as possible. Outdated details may delay your cashback payment or prevent us from contacting you.

You will not qualify for cashback if the provider rejects, cancels or cannot complete your switch, or if you do not meet the offer requirements.

First, check that you completed the switch through an eligible NOW Perks link. Tracking times vary by offer. If you have not received a confirmation email within the timeframe shown in the offer terms, contact us and provide: – your full name – the offer you used – the date you completed the switch – any relevant order, application or reference number.

You may no longer qualify for cashback if you: – cancel during the cooling-off period – do not activate or connect the service – do not meet a minimum connection period – do not meet any other requirement in the offer terms.
